1. Flory Kreutter, MD
    Dr. Flory Kreutter was born and raised overseas, with a long family heritage in Portuguese Goa, India. She attended St. Joseph’s Convent, an elite Catholic girl's high school and college, and continued on to Sindh Medical College, graduating in 1982. Dr. Kreutter completed her family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine in 1989, and shortly thereafter, relocated to Denver, CO with her budding family. After affiliations with larger health care groups, she founded Cherry Creek Family Practice in 1993, which has allowed her to develop a personalized and compassionate form of healthcare. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and teaching at the UC Denver campus.
  2. Sonya Black, MD
    Dr. Sonya Black grew up in California and attended Scripps College, where she played soccer and water polo. She graduated from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans and completed her Family Medicine Residency through the University of Colorado at Rose Hospital, where she became Chief Resident. After graduation, she began her career with Kaiser as a primary care physician, eventually managing her practice as well. Dr. Black joined Cherry Creek Family Practice in 2010, and has also practiced with other primary / urgent care facilities since. In her private life she enjoys spending time with her family, and coaching all levels of girls soccer with her husband.
  3. Sue Thielen, PA-C
    Susan Thielen, PA-C, is a native to the big skies of Montana. She ventured to attend the University of Colorado and completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology program. Following graduation, Sue went on to earn a Master of Medical Science degree from St. Francis University, and then pursued a career as a Certified Physician Assistant. Sue joined Cherry Creek Family Practice in 2003, and through her passion for the science of the human body, she has developed a practical approach to healthcare. In her spare time, Sue takes great pride in her real estate properties, and is always involved in DIY renovations and projects.
  4. Kylie May, PA-C
    Kylie May, PA-C, grew up in upstate New York. She received her Bachelors in Science & Applied Communications from Rochester Institute of Technology. She commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and while in the Army Reserves she completed her Physician Assistant degree at Arcadia University in Philadelphia. After graduation Kylie moved to Colorado to join active duty military service. Her love of family medicine brought her to Cherry Creek Family Practice where she hopes to help her patients maintain their health through commitment to wellness and illness prevention. In her personal time Kylie enjoys live music. She loves the outdoors and spends a lot of her time volunteering.
Cherry Creek Family Practice was established by Dr. Flory Kreutter in 1993, and has been responsible for providing outstanding patient
